CROSSASIA KEY FIGURES

The project Specialised Information Service Asia (FID Asia) entered its fourth funding phase (2025–2027) in 2025. Through the CrossAsia portal, it aims to operate and continuously develop an information service that meets highest academic standards of Asia-related research in Germany. For this the Staatsbibliothek zu Berlin receives financial support from the German Research Foundation (DFG). The East Asia Department regularly monitors the development and usage of its services. Key figures show a strong acceptance of the service within the academic community and also provide an insight into the project’s activities over recent years.
